Introduction: Bilateral macronodular adrenal disease (BMAD, former PBMAH) is a rare cause of Cushing’s syndrome. The few morphologic descriptions of BMAD mention multinodular hyperplastic adrenal glands composed of clear spongiocytic cells and fewer compact eosinophilic cells without any morphologic variation.
